This isn't serious though. It's from that guy Ricky Gervais or something's show in Britain (he's the non-sir ian guy). It's a dead pan comedy show. If you go to the actual youtube of this you can get the outtakes when they're cracking up.
the show is called extras and its on HBO. You should get HBO. it's pretty funny.
